Controller

I'm partnered with a manufacturing company in Racine County that is seeking a Controller to join their leadership team. This role will oversee the accounting and financial functions of the organization while helping to support growth of the business.Responsibilities:Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting processesOversee cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing financial analysisPartner with leadership on forecasting, business strategy, and profitability initiativesManage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and cash flow activitiesDrive process improvements and support ERP optimization effortsEnsure compliance with GAAP and support outside audit/accounting partnersThis is an opportunity to join a stable organization with a strong culture and long-term growth plans.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 7 years of related experienceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)GAAP knowledge, CPA preferredStrong written, verbal and collaboration skills
