You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure bids are thorough, timely, and aligned with client requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed HVAC estimates from drawings, specifications, and bid documentsPerform quantity take-offs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipmentAnalyze project plans to identify scope, risks, and value engineering opportunitiesSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotesCollaborate with internal teams to develop winning bid strategiesMaintain up-to-date cost databases and estimating toolsRequirements:Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator within a mechanical contracting environmentStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and NYC construction practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentsProficiency in estimating software and Microsoft OfficeExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAPPLY today for immediate consideration!
