Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings is required.Client requires familiarity with SNF documentation and care planning processes.Ability to manage caseloads common to post-acute and long-term care populations.Preferred: experience with restorative programs, gait training, and mobility device recommendations.
