We are dedicated to excellence in construction and property management, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant & Assistant Property Manager.Position: Assistant Property Manager and Administrative AssistantLocation: Ridgewood, NYType: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:First point of contact for residential and commercial tenants, build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism, managing lease agreements, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and leasing brokers for maintenance, repairs, and leasing activities.Implement and utilize rental management software (e.g., Yardi) for efficient property management.Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Occasional work outside of standard business hours may be required.Represent ownership in court hearings if necessary.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.Manage and coordinate the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.Act as a liaison between the executive and internal departments as well as external contacts.Qualifications:Proven experience in an assistant or customer service role, or in the real estate industryExcellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with tenants, vendors, and professionals.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Desired Skills:Detail-oriented, thoughtful, and thorough in approach.Highly developed social skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals, while abiding by strict confidentiality requirements.Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
