Overview Join our dynamic Supply Chain team at SodaStream as we enhance our eCommerce efforts to support Amazon! We are looking for an action-oriented, results-driven Analyst who thrives on collaboration, both with internal teams and external partners. Your analytical insights and recommendations will play a key role in optimizing our performance in this rapidly expanding segment of our North American business. Responsibilities Serve as the primary Supply Chain liaison between Amazon AVS, the SodaStream Sales team, and our North American Supply Chain team, focusing on strategic projects and analytics that bolster our service agenda. Oversee the entire Amazon order management and routing process to ensure timely and accurate order processing while troubleshooting exceptions and ensuring compliance with Amazon's routing guidelines. Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to review key service metrics impacting our Amazon business, including Fill Rate and On-Time Delivery, driving continuous improvement. Build strong collaborative relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and both local and global Amazon teams. Collaborate with local Supply Chain and planning teams on strategic initiatives, including bundles, Limited Quantity impacts, and alternative delivery methods to enhance service levels. Coordinate with Supply Chain Planning Teams to update forecasts, aiming to boost fill rates and minimize out-of-stock situations on Amazon. Enhance communication channels internally and externally, utilizing Amazon scorecards to effectively track and report performance metrics. Implement standard operating procedures that promote continuous improvement and optimize processes. Diagnose and resolve issues throughout the order lifecycle, addressing both transport and financial challenges. Manage the Amazon Chargebacks/Fines & Fees process, including reporting, analytics, and developing strategies to reduce future charges in collaboration with our technology team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or business process/systems analysis. Prior experience with Amazon or familiarity with distribution and fulfillment practices is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of warehouse business processes. Project Management experience is a plus. Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with NetSuite ERP System is preferred. Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is advantageous. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities. Highly organized with strong time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,000 - $85,000 per year. Actual salary will be determined based on confirmed job-related skills and experience.
