Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance Specialist in Purchase, NY area. This is a 6 month+ contract. Hybrid Schedule in-office 3 days and remote 2 days. The role will report to the SAP Business Partner Team Lead in Finance Operations. The Finance Specialist will work directly with the Finance Claim Payment Team and Operations, Claims, Reinsurance, and IT as part of the Business Partner support process. $27.00-$31.00 Hourly RateResponsibilities: Perform the business partner setup process in SAP Business Partner for Claim Vendors, one-time payees, Accounts Payable Vendors and Insurance / Reinsurance brokersMaintain and support business partners in SAPField and respond to inquiries from Finance and other cross functional teamsWork with the various inboxes where requests are submittedSupport the bank verification process for electronic paymentsParticipate in projects where business partner support is requiredRequirements:College degree with a business and/or computer science concentration preferred1-2+ years of administrative / finance experience in a fast-paced corporate environmentInsurance company experience a plusProficient in the use of MS Office Suite with a high skill level in the use of MS ExcelSAP knowledge and experience a plus but not requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsInitiative-taking, highly organized, and able to prioritizeLocal candidates only. Must be in commutable range to Purchase, NY area. 6 Months+ Assignment. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident / green card holder. 40 hour week Mon - Fri Standard business hours. Hybrid schedule. $27-$31 Hourly Rate.
