The Daily Sun is seeking a general assignment reporter who will cover a variety of topics in the Florida counties of Charlotte, DeSoto and Sarasota. We are always working to improve our product to keep the community informed. Our journalists are covering breaking news and in-depth features along with taking photos and video. We are seeking reporters with strong newspaper writing skills; a bachelor's degree in journalism or prior reporting experience and proficiency with web-based content management.
