Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Role Description and Responsibilities:The Regional Director of Growth (RDG) reports to the Regional Vice President (RVP) and is responsible for overall field sales in the region and for the performance of our field sales teams. They are accountable for achieving growth targets for their region(s) as well as coaching and developing sales reps at each of their sites. The RDG will support their teams through strategic planning, training, recruiting, onboarding, among other things. The RDG should personify and cultivate the Oaky Way and Heart at Work Behaviors (HAWB) within their region(s). This RDG should be a strong communicator who builds relationships quickly and is passionate about working in a fast-paced, results-driven organization. The key deliverables for this role are as follows:Coach and manage sales teams to deliver on growth targets:Drive Outreach teams within their region(s) to achieve monthly individual and regional new patient acquisition targets through direct coaching, development and onsite supportServe as the primary leadership coach, role-model and subject matter expert for local Outreach teams Support the recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new Outreach team members within their region Develop Outreach teammates into strong, motivating salespeople who are stewards of the Oaky Way and HAWB in the community and their centersSupport expansion efforts for the region including new center launch activities, hiring and training of sales teamDevelop and execute sales strategy for designated region(s):Develop monthly, quarterly and annual strategic plans to achieve new patient growth targetsAnalyze sales data from our CRM to proactively identify opportunities for your centers and coach team members to improve performanceDevelop relationships with field accounts, insurance agents and local influencers to support field executionIdentify and execute large events to support lead generationKeep center level teams motivated in a high pressure sales environmentExecute on Treehouse (Corporate) sales initiatives within assigned regionEnsure sales teams understand and follow all CVS, Oak Street Health and CMS compliance guidelinesCross-collaborate with other leaders within their region(s) and across the organization:Effectively partner and collaborate with local leaders such as the Regional Director of Operations, Regional Medical Director, Regional Partnership Manager and the Sr. Patient Relations ManagerPartner with Treehouse (Corporate) teams to develop programs to support regional sales effortsWhat we're looking for:This is an exciting opportunity to own sales strategy and execution in a value based care organization that is changing the way healthcare is delivered.
