Senior Finance Manager

AIDS Care Ocean State, a mid-sized non-profit agency, is seeking a seasoned and detail oriented finance professional to lead our finance team.The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.This is a hands-on position including: Preparing annual budgets, monthly financial statements, monthly housing/grant billing, income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and other fiscal analysis and reporting; Oversight of bookkeeping, AP/AR functions, and payroll; Responsibility for overall fiscal quality, accuracy and compliance, including writing procedures, developing processes and financial controls; Audit preparation and coordination of all audits; Uploading ADP to Sage 50; Submitting HUD billing.Must have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field and minimum of 5 years in a senior level finance position.Must have strong computer skills including MS-Office, Sage 50, and online systems.Experience working in a non-profit environment.Professional, multi-tasking, solid verbal/written communication, highly organized. xhyhwjd Nice to have: Experience working with HUD and regulated housing.
