Auto Body Repair Technician Structural & NonstructuralWe are looking for individuals interested in growing in a trade. They should be: self-motivated, quick learners, fast-paced, good communicators, team players, reliable, honest and willing to grow.DRP is a locally family owned autobody shop that has served Powhatan and the surrounding counties for the last 16 years. We operate a state of the art collision center using the newest tools and equipment, which are essential for safe and sound vehicle repairs.We train our staff in-house, using I-Car Gold Class standards, ASE certifications, and OEM specifications. The training includes but is not limited to Blueprinting / Meticulous disassembly, mechanical, glass installation, structural and non-structural repairs, refinish, as well as alignments and ADAS (advance driver assist systems).The staff at DRP, is essentially a family. This is a fantastic place to grow, if you are interested in vehicles and are looking for a career in a great environment.This is an A / B Technician role ONLY - we are hiring for candidates with prior Auto Body structural and non-structural experience only.This will be a commission based role.I-Car training for welding highly recommended.Job History will need to outline prior body man experience.Plastic Welding Experience also encouraged (can be trained up)A valid Driver's license is puter Skills Highly Recommended - Our non-structural technicians are required to learn and perform diagnostic work.Responsibilities:Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.Utilize hand and power tools for vehicle maintenance and restoration tasks.Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to assess vehicle damage.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair processes and updates.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60, $105,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingOpportunities for advancementPaid time offPaid trainingWork Location: In person
