Overview: We're looking for an experienced collections leader who can take full ownership of building our collection operations and finally bring order, automation, and strategy to an area we've really neglected. You'll be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, programs, and systems that ensure customers pay what they owe fairly, efficiently, and at scale. Wage: $250,000/year Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees Annual review with raise option 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days.
