Seeking full time Physician Assistant to join established orthopedic practiceOur client in Port St. Lucie, FL is looking to add a Physician Assistant to their orthopedic team. This full-time position will work with a team of general ortho physicians and team of providers.Responsibilities:Full-time permanent positionMonday-Friday scheduleMix of clinic/OR/hospital roundingSome call requirementsGeneral orthopedicsConduct thorough patient evaluations and assessmentsDiagnose conditions through physical examinations, medical imaging, and laboratory testsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans for patientsPrescribe medications and recommend non-surgical treatments such as physical therapy or rehabilitationMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededQualifications:Florida PA LicenseKnowledge of orthopedics, treatments and terminologyStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectivelyProficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systemsBenefits:Base salary and quarterly bonusesHealth insurancePTO, sick days, holidaysCME allowance
