Monitor patient conditions throughout labor and delivery. Assist with neonatal resuscitation as necessary. Work primarily on the night shift, with potential for 12-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts as needed. Typically handle 35 to 40 patients per month. Will serve as a sitter or helper and will not be assigned direct patient care duties. Only float to other departments as needed, including Med-Surg, ICU, or ED. Cancellation policy allows for one shift cancellation every four weeks. Charting will be done using EPIC.
