What You'll Do (and Why It Matters) You'll be the trusted guide for patients as they prepare for surgery-answering questions, easing nerves, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Your impact will be felt long after the appointment ends.Responsibilities include: Scheduling oral surgery and related appointments Coordinating tests, referrals, and insurance authorizations Explaining surgical expectations, financial responsibilities, and next steps Helping patients understand insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs Filing medical and dental claims accurately and timely Working closely with doctors, clinical staff, and referring dentists Delivering outstanding customer service in a high-volume, fast-moving practice If you enjoy being the calm, confident voice patients rely on-you'll thrive here.
