Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for October 15, 22, & 23 at their Corporate Health clinic in Ponte Vedra, FL. Provider will see adults for Primary Care, acute episodic care, triage and first aid/treatment for workplace injuries, physicals, and wellness services. Hours are 6:30am-3:30pm on Wednesdays and 10:00am-7:00pm on Thursday, all with a 60-minute lunch break.
