What You'll Do• Manage relationships with active partners as their main point of contact• Track and coordinate inventory that partners send to eCosmetics• Communicate regularly to keep inventory flowing and relationships strong• Ensure partners are paid accurately and on time• Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide a high level of support• Identify opportunities to grow each account (new inventory, new brands, expanded partnerships)• Encourage partners to expand their offerings and product access• Keep organized records of inventory, conversations, and account activity• Help coordinate day-to-day partner operations and support internal workflows ? What We're Looking For• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator - comfortable talking to business owners• Highly organized and detail-oriented - able to manage multiple moving pieces• Recent grad or early-career candidate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field• Strong follow-up skills - you don't let things slip• Interest in beauty, skincare, or aesthetic services• Self-motivated and proactive - you take ownership of your accounts• Comfortable taking ownership and helping keep team processes on track• Comfortable picking up the phone when needed to keep things moving??
