About the jobWe are a boutique litigation firm specializing in litigation, commercial collections, and Judgment enforcement. seeking a senior paralegal that with minimal supervision can apply knowledge of litigation and document management as well as experience as a paralegal to provide outstanding paralegal support to attorneys managing a high volume of litigation matters.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. ResponsibilitiesLegal analysis and basic legal researchAssist with case managementOrganize and electronically file pleadingsSupport attorneys in all aspects of litigation practiceAssist with the preparation of commencement documents of an action and discovery demands and responsesAssist attorneys in preparing and filing motions and opposition to motionsMentor, and supervise junior paralegals on all matters and assignments QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
