Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within theCyber & Security Solutionsarea, specifically in the team overseeing international markets and the Space sector, we are seeking aProject ManagerforGenova FiumaraorRome LaurentinaSite.The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:Serve as Project Manager, ensuring effective oversight of the full project lifecycleManage internal cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination across all project contributorsAct as the primary point of contact in interactions with the customer, guaranteeing smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycleOversee contractual aspects related to the project, ensuring compliance with agreed obligations, timelines and deliverablesMonitor and control the financial performance of the project, including budget adherence, cost tracking, forecasting activities and variation order managingManage project supplies and the delivery of all project deliverables, ensuring compliance with scope, quality and schedule requirementsSupport the preparation of bid documentation and proposals, contributing to technical inputs, planning elements and overall submission qualityIndependently manage all PM-related tasks, including planning, scheduling, risk monitoring, progress reporting and overall project control.REQUIREMENTS:Education:Masters Degree in STEM disciplines.Seniority:25 years of experience in the role and in managing project activities, preferably in international contexts;Experience as a PM in NATO Cyber Security projects (25 years of experience) or in Cyber or TLC projects with customers based in the Middle East or Asia.Technical knowledge and skills:Advanced Project Management techniquesBasic knowledge of Cyber Security or TLCAdvanced knowledge of economic and financial fundamentals in project management.Behavioral skills:Team managementTeamworkClient interaction skillsAutonomy and accountabilityProactive attitude.Language skills:Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level)Knowledge of Italian is appreciated.IT skills:Microsoft Office Suite with in-depth knowledge of MS ProjectSAPMs Project or PrimaveraConfiguration control and document management toolsOther:PMI-PMP or equivalent certification (including Agile framework);Willingness to travel abroad regularly throughout the year (1-2 weeks per month), potentially in Middle East, Asia or Europe according to project locationSeniority:MasterPrimary Location:IT - Genova - FiumaraAdditional Locations:IT - Roma - Via LaurentinaContract Type:PermanentHybrid Working:HybridInternational, multicultural, innovative, technological: this is Leonardo.
