Production Equipment OperatorLocation: Poestenkill, NY Pay Rate: $19/hr Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will help produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. After completing training, you may work with assembly machinery, slicing equipment, or packaging systems. Strong attention to quality and safety is essential. Responsibilities Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner Maintain product quality according to specifications Follow established procedures and safety protocols Work with small parts and ensure accuracy during production processes Support daily production goals and maintain a clean work area Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience preferred Basic computer and math skills Strong reading and writing abilities Excellent attention to detail Ability to work with and handle small components
