Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - - Responsibilities: Make repairs and maintain resort and condominium rooms to include programming televisions, replacing light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures; Furniture repair, minor plumbing repairs (clogged drains, copper pipe, change washers, change handles, drain fittings, etc.); Repair water lines, test-clean-repair swimming pools and spas; Paint designated areas, repair and finish sheet rock, repair all types of wall coverings; Respond quickly to maintenance requests and perform preventive repairs to ensure guest experience remains seamless
