As a Care Operations Leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care while fostering the growth and retention of dedicated caregivers. This fulfilling leadership position allows you to make a significant impact on lives every day. What You'll Do: Client Support: Conduct new client visits and facilitate the completion of care plans Maintain regular communication with new clients Assist with resolving client concerns and complaints Follow up with clients after hospital stays Create and manage regular check-ins and reports Caregiver Support: Check in with caregivers following their first shift Promote caregiver engagement and retention Address any concerns and provide coaching when necessary Help coordinate ongoing training programs Conduct regular check-ins with caregivers Medicaid & Operations Support: Assist in onboarding new clients and tracking authorizations Communicate with Medicaid regarding services Ensure accurate record maintenance Provide scheduling and office support as needed What We're Looking For: Preferred: Experience in home care, healthcare, or case management Leadership or staff support experience Required: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized and dependable Comfortable with computer and phone communication Reliable transportation Why This Job Stands Out: Stable, full-time position Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding company Work that genuinely makes a difference in the community Apply Today!
