Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Customer Education Program - Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Education Program - Specialist, you will be part of the Healthcare Support team supporting various internal and external stakeholder engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong organization and project management skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Education Program - Specialist Location: On-site in Plymouth, MN (alternative locations include Austin, TX or Remote) Pay Range: $25/hr. - $30/hr. Duration: 6 Month Contract Shift: 8AM - 5PM What's the Job? Lead the strategic planning and execution of healthcare internal and external meetings and events worldwide. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing, and Global Communications to meet business objectives. Coordinate with vendors to design and create event elements aligned with strategic goals. Manage venue sourcing to ensure appropriate meeting spaces and specifications for each program. Oversee post-event activities including invoice payments, financial summaries, and attendee evaluations. What's Needed? Minimum bachelor's degree required. Proven experience managing high-profile audiences and events. Experience with CRM tools, databases, and basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and project management skills with adaptability. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and vendors. What's in it for me?
