Plymouth, MN 55442 Duration: 12 Months Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour (W2) We are seeking a “Senior Supply Chain Analyst” to join one of our leading healthcare clients. Position Summary The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing the end-to-end supply planning process. This position is responsible for managing supply planning systems, consolidating data, generating performance reports, and delivering analytical insights that support Division and enterprise-level requirements. The role partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency across the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle. The analyst will also ensure reporting systems are scalable to support future growth and evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end supply and demand planning processes Consolidate, extract, validate, and analyze data from SAP and other enterprise systems Develop, maintain, and enhance planning reports and dashboards Support monthly S&OP activities, including supply reviews and scenario analysis Identify process improvement opportunities and standardize planning workflows Ensure reporting tools and systems are scalable for future business growth Lead testing, implementation, and training of supply chain planning systems and reports Track performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline with relevant experience) Strong analytical and data management skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with SAP (MM required; APO/SNP preferred) Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes, particularly S&OP Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience in demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, or inventory planning Prior involvement in S&OP / IBP cycles Experience in supply review and scenario analysis Experience standardizing planning processes or improving data governance Strong root cause analysis and performance tracking capability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong cross-functional collaboration experience We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship.
