Title: Laboratory Technician Client: Food Manufacturing Company Location: Plymouth, MN 55447 Duration: 11 Months Shift: 1st Shift Description Responsibilities • Conduct day-to-day tasks supporting molecular biology and fermentation R&D teams • Perform general laboratory support duties, including media and plate preparation • Restock laboratory supplies • Clean and sterilize glassware • Collect and autoclave laboratory waste • Maintain lab support and common areas • Apply sterile techniques and follow strong biosafety practices • Perform tasks with minimal direct supervision after training • Use basic math skills for daily laboratory activities • Perform routine upkeep and cleaning of scientific equipment • Become familiar with the general function of multiple laboratory instruments • Participate in rotational weekend work, typically collecting samples for other scientists #ZR
