Hoosier Racing Tire Human Resources Intern Hoosier Racing Tire is seeking a 2026 Human Resources Intern to join our team in Plymouth, IN. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the HR team with recruiting, onboarding, and general HR operations. The intern will assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining HR records, supporting new hire onboarding, and helping organize employee engagement activities. Additional responsibilities include assisting with HR reports, data entry, and researching opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures. Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases. Support onboarding processes for new hires. Help organize employee engagement activities and events. Assist with HR reports, data entry, and filing of confidential documents. Research and suggest improvements to HR policies and procedures. What you bring to the role: Be a student enrolled full-time at an accredited college/university and entering at least sophomore standing by Fall 2026. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Must be able to commute to Plymouth, IN. Transportation and lodging are not provided for this internship.
