Job SummaryOur client is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to work closely with patients in implementing care plans designed by Physical Therapists. The role primarily involves providing one-on-one patient care and documenting treatment progress.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with the care plans designed by their Physical Therapists.Provide one-on-one patient care in hour-long increments.See approximately 6 patients a day.Document patient treatment and communicate it to the Physical Therapist.QualificationsAssociates Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Wisconsin.Active BLS or ability to get Active BLS within 90 days of employment.BenefitsPaid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).Health Benefits / Dental / Vision (Medix offers 6 different health plans: 3 Major Medical Plans, 2 Fixed Indemnity Plans (Standard and Preferred), and 1 Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plan.
