We offer both short-term (bonus) incentive plans and long-term (stock option) incentive plans, tuition assistance for continuing education, gym memberships, a generous 401k plan with Day 1 vesting and much more.With NTi, you aren't a number, you're a valuable team member!Working under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager, The Quality Systems Engineer governs the Quality Management System, ensuring it remains compliant, effective, and aligned with all applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and internal business processes.Key Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and improve the AS9100‑compliant QMS Control and update quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, and records) Plan and conduct internal, supplier, and external audits Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause investigations Monitor QMS performance metrics and support management reviews Collaborate cross‑functionally and provide quality training and guidance Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience) AS9100 or ISO9001 Internal Auditor certification (Lead Auditor preferred) Experience conducting audits in a regulated industry Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred Additional Requirements Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional manufacturing environment U.S. Person status required due to access to export‑controlled technical data (ITAR) Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with reasonable accommodations available Please refer to the attached Job Description for full role details.Norsk Titanium is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
