Automotive Service Technician

Pioneer Ford Sales, Limited is hiring a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team in Platteville, WI. This position is ideal for a B-Level Technician with experience in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair who is looking for a stable, Monday–Friday schedule at a family-owned Ford dealership.As an Automotive Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Perform routine automotive maintenance and repair services Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues Test-drive vehicles and evaluate vehicle systems and components Use diagnostic scan tools and special service equipment to identify concerns Complete all repairs accurately, efficiently, and according to dealership standards Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Automotive technology certification preferred 2+ years of experience as an Automotive or Service Technician preferred B-Level Technician skills, including diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Benefits: Competitive hourly pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience) Healthcare benefits Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) plan Family-owned and operated dealership Monday–Friday work schedule (no weekends) Heated service bays About Pioneer Ford Sales, Limited:Pioneer Ford Sales, Limited is a trusted, family-owned Ford dealership serving Platteville, WI.
