Interns will work on meaningful projects, collaborate with team members, and develop skills that are essential for their future careers - all while gaining exposure to the creative world of costumes and celebrations, helping bring unforgettable moments to life. We're seeking enthusiastic, curious, and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team for a Summer Internship opportunity on-site at our main office located in Plainview, New York. This eight (8) week program runs between June and August.We have opportunities available in MarketingHuman ResourcesProduct Development(Balloons), and Amazon SalesResponsibilities:Assist with department initiatives with the ability to work on meaningful projects that make a direct impact on company operationsCollaborate with teams cross-functionally in a creative environmentDevelop industry knowledge and valuable skills to help build your careerConduct research and analysis to support team objectivesParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideasShadow team members to understand departmental functions and processesPrepare reports and presentations as neededCollaborate with other interns on cross-departmental projectsFinal candidates will receive a tailored job description for their assigned department.Qualifications:Currently enrolled in a college or university degree or advanced degree program (2026 grads invited to apply as well)Must be able to commute to our office and work on-site 3-4 days each weekStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsCreative thinker with attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentHave a passion for celebrations, pop-culture, entertainment, and creative industriesEagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ad Populum Offers:Hourly rate $20.00 per hour (non-negotiable)Hands-on professional work experience across multiple disciplinesMentorship from experienced professionalsNetworking opportunities within the companyPotential for future employment opportunitiesThis position is based on-site at our Plainview, New York office.
