A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a school located in Plainfield, IL. This contract role involves working 35 hours per week, focusing on self-contained autism classrooms serving students from early childhood through grade 5. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting, including those with autism spectrum disorders. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals. Utilize evidence-based practices in pediatric speech-language pathology. Qualifications: State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Professional Educator License. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Candidates holding a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are invited to apply.
