As a member of our team, you can choose to work within a team setting, or individually. The position includes paid training and all necessary tools for you to perform necessary day-to-day general cleaning duties.This position gives you flexible hours and a great way to earn some extra money. With day and evening shifts available, we have something that fits your schedule.Pay & Perks:This position has pay of $25 per hour at 12 hours per week, based on experience and work quality. We also offer a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with employer match. (similar to a 401K).Duties & Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning duties such as cleaning restrooms, vacuuming carpets, emptying trash, mopping floors, dusting, etc...Keep buildings in clean and orderly conditionPerform routine maintenance tasksOrganize custodial closets and spacesMaintain working condition of cleaning equipment​Requirements:Must be able to pass a background checkMust have reliable transportationPrevious experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fieldsAbility to handle physical workloadStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsClosing:Once you apply, we perform a prescreening interview, an in-person interview, and if selected a background check as well.
