Corp can be found at Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC mill operator to join our team at Pike Mfg. Corp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC milling machines and a keen eye for detail. This role involves setting up and operating CNC mills to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The position will work Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts. Wage is $24+ based on experience. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines. Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. Skills Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines. Strong understanding of machining processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and precision. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge Knowledge of CNC programming and operation. Understanding of machining processes and techniques. Familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications. Awareness of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment. Ability to Implement Ability to set up and operate CNC milling machines. Capability to perform routine maintenance on CNC machines. Skill in troubleshooting and resolving machine issues. Competence in ensuring the quality and accuracy of finished products.
