Oak View Group - 1001 Fifth Avenue - Responsibilities: Deliver superior guest service while ensuring proper building and governmental protocols are being followed; Respond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors for a variety of security issues (fire, medical emergencies, etc.); Ensure all safety and building guidelines are being followed, and proper security checks are conducted during guest entry; Assist in the control and safety of all guests that visit the facility; Ensure crowd control stays at a reasonable level and assist in emergency situations and conflicts as needed
