As a Recruiter, you will identify and attract top talent for various client roles through sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. You will foster professional relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Additional tasks include maintaining detailed records of recruitment activities, strategizing to meet client needs, and staying informed about market trends to effectively match candidates with open positions.QualificationsStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsAbility to perform candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordinationKnowledge in employment laws, labor market trends, and hiring best practicesProficiency in time management and organizational skills within a fast-paced environmentTeam collaboration and ability to build trust with candidates and clientsPrevious staffing agency experience is a plus but not requiredAssociates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
