Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Treasury Coordinator to join their team. As a Treasury Coordinator, you will be part of the Treasury Department supporting the Treasury Management and Analysts teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Treasury Coordinator Location: Pittsburgh, PA (100% onsite) Pay Range:$20 to $23 p/h on w-2 Duration: 6 month contract What's the Job? Manage the Global Treasury Inbox by researching and reconciling requests, and ensuring timely responses. Assist with bank reconcilement and bank-related research requests to support Treasury operations. Serve as back-up for the Americas Netting Coordinator by tracking netting settlement and reconciliation for North and Latin America. Support the monthly intercompany netting process, including uploading payment files, reporting, and tracking payments at settlement date. Collaborate closely with Treasury Analysts and Management to communicate and report key cash requirements and requests. What's Needed? Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business, or related field is preferred. Current college students pursuing relevant degrees are encouraged to apply. Experience with online banking platforms and basic financial concepts is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite. Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and resolve problems proactively. What's in it for me?
