Injection Molding Specialist

The Injection Molding Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including start-up, shut down and troubleshooting of the injection molding processes and related equipment. The specialist will ensure that the necessary adjustments are made to the equipment, so that the processes run efficiently. Work Schedule:Monday - Wednesday : 7:00 pm - 7:00 am. Thursday: 7:00 pm-1:00 am Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process, including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and workflow. Work with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements and make adjustments as needed. Provide molded components in a timely manner to ensure production schedules are met Generate documentation on molding runs that can be used to control traceability and ensure reproducibility.
