Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.Proven ability to manage caseloads involving geriatric populations, post-operative care, and chronic condition management preferred.Documentation experience with electronic medical records systems preferred.
