Parts Authority has a team of professionally trained, experienced counter people to assist in finding the right parts and the right brand for each application..ResponsibilitiesThe basic function of the Customer Service Representative is to manage the customer orders from receipt to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will communicate with multiple departments and coordinate with vendors to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently.
