Summary : The project leader is responsible for insuring that finished products developed successfully demonstrate Robertet Flavors products and meet the customer's requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review and approve applications finished products for acceptability Develop the technical and commercial abilities of direct reports to allow for growth and promotions Potential travel to customers 15-30% Complete multiple complex projects without direct supervision Ensure customer visits to our facility are appropriately completed. Commitment to Robertet and SQF Quality Standards and continuous improvement of the quality management systems. Work Environment: Daily work is done in a laboratory environment and associated office area.
