Position Details Location: Crisp County Detention Center – Cordele, GA Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) Rotation: Alternating weekends What You’ll Do As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you’ll play a vital role in patient care by: Delivering hands-on nursing care in a secure clinical setting Administering medications per physician orders and nursing standards Performing patient assessments and emergency interventions Monitoring symptoms, reactions, and treatment progress Documenting care accurately and thoroughly Collaborating with providers and healthcare teams You’ll practice at the top of your license while making a real impact every shift.
