This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Nursing to manage day-to-day clinical operations Provide leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retaining nursing staff Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Oversee clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness Support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings Provide staff education, coaching, and performance support Assist with oversight of RAI/MDS processes and care planning Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment About The Greens at Pinehurst The Greens at Pinehurst is a resident-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to clinical excellence and team development.
