Senior Human Resources Generalist

They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, driving recruiting efforts while supporting key HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing talent acquisition, employee relations, and operational HR in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties & FunctionsLead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, building strong talent pipelines in a competitive labor marketPartner with plant leadership on workforce planning and staffing strategiesDesign and deliver onboarding and orientation programs to support retention and productivitySupport benefits administration, including employee education and open enrollmentPromote and support a strong safety culture, including OSHA compliance, reporting, and training coordinationTrack safety incidents, manage workers' compensation, and support investigationsServe as a trusted HR partner for employee relations, engagement, and policy administrationSupport performance management, coaching leaders, and corrective action processesAssist with payroll coordination, timekeeping audits, and HR data accuracyQualificationsBachelor's degree required5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience leading full-cycle recruiting and workforce planningStrong knowledge of employment law and HR complianceExperience supporting safety programs and OSHA standards is a plusStrong communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsExperience with HRIS systems (iSolved or similar)Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredWhy Join?Opportunity to partner directly with plant leadership in a high-impact HR roleMix of strategic and hands-on responsibilities across recruiting, safety, and employee relationsStable, well-established organization with a strong operational footprintCollaborative team environment with visibility across the businessCompetitive compensation and benefits packageFor confidential consideration, please email careers@ or apply directly!
