About the Facility:Isuzu North America Corporation is investing approximately $280 million to build a new, state-of-the-art production facility in Greenville County, SC. This 1 million-square-foot plant will support both internal combustion and electric vehicle production and is expected to create over 700 jobs in the region.Position OverviewIsuzu is hiring Dock Operations Team Leaders to support launch and ongoing logistics operations. These roles are critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials through inbound and outbound dock operations.This is a hands-on, startup environment where leaders are expected to be active on the floor, support process development, and help build operations from the ground up.Dock Operations Team LeadKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily dock activities (loading, unloading, staging)Assign tasks and direct material handlersSupport inbound/outbound accuracy and material flowMonitor dock activity and prevent delays or congestionCommunicate priorities, issues, and shipment statusEnsure proper scanning, documentation, and trackingEnforce safety and 5S standardsTrain team members and support daily operationsQualifications3+ years of warehouse/logistics/manufacturing experiencePrior team lead or informal leadership experience preferredExperience with material handling and shipping/receivingWMS experience (SAP preferred)Strong communication and organizational skillsWork EnvironmentOn-site warehouse/dock environmentExposure to equipment and varying temperaturesAbility to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs occasionallyFlexible schedule (including overtime/weekends as needed)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay (salary or hourly based on role)401(k) with company matchComprehensive healthcare and paid time offWhy Join Isuzu?Be part of a greenfield startup operationHelp build processes and shape a new facilityFast-paced, hands-on leadership environmentJoin a major investment bringing 700+ jobs to South Carolina
