You'll collaborate closely with Graphics, AV, Production, Sales, and Pre-Production to deliver high-quality exhibits and branded environments nationwide.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & OperationsWork hands-on with the Booth Builders"” this is not a desk-only roleAssign, coordinate, and monitor daily tasks to keep projects on scheduleMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse across all facilitiesTrack employee attendance, breaks, and punctualityOversee building and equipment maintenance (forklifts, lifts, tools, company vehicles)Support shipping/receiving and ensure accurate handling of exhibits and materialsManage inventory, repairs, and refurbishment of client and rental assetsHelp create and maintain production schedulesTeam Leadership & CoordinationProvide daily direction, training, and support to Booth BuildersHold team members accountable while maintaining a positive, productive environmentStep in to solve problems and keep projects moving forwardCollaborate closely with Graphics, Logistics, AV, Sales, and Pre-Production teamsCross Department Communication (Critical to Success)Serve as the communication bridge between Booth Builders and other departmentsProvide clear, timely updates on project status, needs, and issuesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are fully prepared before executionRespond to emails and digital communication in a professional and timely mannerQuality & SafetyEnforce safety procedures in the warehouses and on job sitesConduct quality checks at every stage of the build processMaintain accurate documentation, including progress updates and sign-offsQualificationsEssentialExperience as a Booth Builders Lead, Exhibit Builder, Crew Leader, Construction Supervisor, or similar roleStrong carpentry, fabrication, or exhibit-building skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsExperience in exhibitions, trade shows, shopfitting, or similar environmentsProven leadership and team management abilityStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using computers for daily work (email, scheduling, tracking)Ability to write clear, professional emails and communicate across departmentsExperience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and power toolsAbility to lift 50-100+ lbs.
