Leaders here are accessible, the work environment is professional yet human, and the mission the team rallies around carries real weight in the industry.Job DetailsWhat You Will DoPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment across the production environmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime and maintain production continuityExecute scheduled maintenance activities in alignment with equipment manufacturer specifications and internal maintenance protocolsMaintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and parts inventory records using internal tracking systemsCoordinate with production, engineering, and facilities teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operationsSupport installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment as directedIdentify recurring failure patterns and recommend process or equipment improvements to engineering leadershipAdhere to all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies, including proper handling of chemicals, PPE requirements, and cleanroom protocols where applicableWhat You Will Bring2 or more years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or related high-tech production environmentWorking knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, pneumatics, and/or HVAC systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manualsFamiliarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferredStrong troubleshooting skills and a methodical, safety-first approach to problem solvingExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teamsWillingness to work flexible hours, including occasional off-shift or weekend support as production needs requireExperience in a cleanroom environment is a plus but not requiredAssociate degree, vocational certification, or equivalent trade school training in a relevant technical discipline preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be consideredInterested in hearing more?
