Construction Superintendent (Electrical)

The Electrical Superintendent will oversee day-to-day jobsite operations, coordinate field crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan. This role requires strong leadership, deep electrical construction knowledge, and experience working on large commercial or industrial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead field operations for large-scale electrical construction projectsManage electricians, foremen, and subcontractorsCoordinate work with project managers, engineers, and other tradesEnsure jobsite safety and compliance with company and site standardsOversee installation of conduit, cable tray, busway, and power distribution systemsMaintain project schedule, productivity, and quality standardsParticipate in coordination meetings and construction planningSupport commissioning, testing, and final project turnoverRequired Qualifications10+ years of electrical construction experienceExperience supervising large commercial or industrial electrical projectsPrevious experience as a Superintendent or Foreman preferredStrong knowledge of electrical installation practices and jobsite coordinationAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and specificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience working on data centers, semiconductor fabs, or mission-critical facilitiesExperience coordinating large electrical crews and complex installationsFamiliarity with fast-track construction schedulesOSHA training or equivalent safety certifications
