You do need strong fundamentals, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentalsProfessional communication skillsFlexibility for travel (as needed) and schedule adjustmentsWHAT YOU'LL DOPerform preventive maintenance on advanced semiconductor equipmentAssist in troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activitiesFollow KSEC and customer safety protocols at all timesSupport equipment installation or removal as requiredComplete documentation and administrative reporting accuratelyProvide feedback to technical support and engineering teamsMaintain professional, customer-facing behaviorYOUR DEVELOPMENT PATHPhase 1 - Structured Training: classroom instructionand on-the-job training (OJT) including:Safety protocols and cleanroom fundamentalsPreventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) fundamentalsBasic system diagnostics and documentation usageExposure to KSEC administrative systems and technical databasesPhase 2 - Guided Customer SupportPerform preventive maintenance with supervisionAssist with corrective maintenance and basic troubleshootingLearn tool architecture and subsystem functionsBegin direct interaction with customer engineering teamsPhase 3 - Expanding Technical ScopeSupport multiple customer tool setsPerform independent maintenance tasksDevelop diagnostic confidenceAct as a professional liaison between customers and internal support teamsCOMPENSATIONSalary Range: $62K - $79K, based on experience, qualification's location and level.In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation.Kokusai is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
