Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite) - Operations / Supply ChainHybrid | 3 days onsite (Tues-Thurs)OverviewOur client is looking to add a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support core Operations functions including purchasing, planning, scheduling, and inventory.This role is centered around NetSuite and related systems, with a focus on day-to-day support, system improvements, and driving more efficient workflows across operations. You'll partner closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, enhance system capabilities, and deliver practical, scalable solutions.It's a hands-on role in a multi-site manufacturing environment, well-suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems and operations and making a direct impact on how teams run day to day.What You'll DoSystems Support (Operations)Act as the main point of contact for system support across Purchasing, Planning, Scheduling, and BOM managementWork through tickets, resolving system issues and data inconsistenciesIdentify underlying problems and implement lasting fixesERP Improvement & OptimizationEnhance NetSuite functionality across inventory, planning, and warehouse workflowsRefine system configurations and improve data qualityDrive more efficient, standardized processesWMS SupportAssist with WMS implementation and ongoing improvementsWork with warehouse teams to ensure adoption and usabilitySupport better inventory tracking and material movementProjects & EnhancementsSupport system upgrades and process improvement initiativesGather requirements and help prioritize initiativesTranslate business needs into system changes and enhancementsCross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate with Operations, Finance, and Technology teamsServe as a reliable partner to Operations leadershipSurface opportunities to improve systems and workflowsDocumentation & Process SupportMaintain documentation for workflows, systems, and SOPsHelp establish consistent, scalable processesSupport data accuracy and proper system usageWhat You BringRequired3-5 years in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar roleStrong understanding of supply chain operations:Inventory managementPurchasing and planningWarehouse operationsERP experience (NetSuite preferred)Hands-on troubleshooting and end-user support experienceExperience with system implementations or enhancementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesClear communication across technical and business teamsPreferredExperience with WMSBackground in manufacturing or multi-location environmentsFamiliarity with integrations and system data flowsExperience in structured or compliance-heavy environmentsExposure to project managementExperience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
