This position offers an opportunity to contribute to seamless banking operations while supporting clients' financial needs through precise processing and proactive relationship management.ResponsibilitiesProcess a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy and efficiencyHandle loan origination procedures by collecting necessary documentation and entering data into financial software systemsManage cash handling duties such as balancing cash drawers, reconciling cash accounts, and ensuring proper debits and creditsAssist customers with account inquiries, providing clear information on banking products and servicesDetect and prevent potential fraud activities by monitoring account activity and implementing security protocolsSupport upselling efforts by identifying customer needs for additional banking products or servicesMaintain detailed records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policiesCollaborate with relationship managers to enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolutionQualificationsProven experience in banking operations, financial sales, or related roles within the financial services industryStrong knowledge of cash management, cashiering procedures, and retail math principlesFamiliarity with financial software platforms used for transaction processingExcellent customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships professionallyBasic math skills including debits & credits, 10 key typing proficiency, and general ledger understandingAbility to identify fraud risks and apply appropriate detection techniquesEffective communication skills to interact with diverse clients and team membersPrior experience in loan processing or related financial activities is preferred but not requiredThis position is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their career in banking operations while delivering exceptional service.
