This role will be responsible for establishing a structured procurement system, improving purchasing workflows, and supporting day-to-day sourcing activities.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and systemsEstablish and optimize purchasing workflows and internal processesManage vendor sourcing, selection, and evaluationCoordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to support purchasing needsIssue purchase orders and track order statusMaintain supplier database and procurement recordsSupport cost control initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunitiesAssist in setting up procurement tools, systems, or ERP processes (if applicable)Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (entry-level candidates with strong potential are welcome)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environmentDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with ERP systems is a plus)Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plusMust have valid authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available) Preferred QualificationsExperience setting up procurement systems or processesFamiliarity with vendor management and sourcing strategiesExperience working in manufacturing or semiconductor-related industries
